Before renewing an IPTV subscription, check your account details and the plan you are buying. A renewal should be an informed choice based on your current viewing needs, not an assumption that every price, connection limit or payment arrangement stays the same.
Check the expiry date first
Find the expiry date in your account information or original confirmation. If the date is unclear, ask support to confirm it. An app licence expiry and a viewing subscription expiry may be different. Record which service is expiring before making a payment.
Review five plan details
- Duration: confirm when the renewed term starts and ends.
- Total price: confirm the currency and final amount, including any additional charge.
- Connections: confirm how many screens can watch at the same time.
- Viewing needs: check that your essential channels and device remain supported.
- Renewal method: ask whether payment is manual or recurring and how cancellation works for your selected arrangement.
If two pages show different details, resolve the difference with support before paying. Do not rely on an old promotional screenshot as confirmation of today’s offer.
Will the same login continue?
Ask whether renewal extends your existing account or requires new details. Keep your current player settings until you receive instructions. Avoid deleting a working playlist simply because you have sent a renewal request. Save order references privately; do not share login details in public screenshots.
After renewal
Keep the confirmation and verify that the expiry date reflects the agreed term. Test one familiar channel on your normal device. If access has not updated, send support your order reference and the exact error rather than submitting a second payment.
